On December 4, during the special session of "Shipbuilding and Offshore Equipment Technology" at the 19th China Maritime Exhibition's Advanced Maritime Forum, China Shipbuilding Engineering Society, in conjunction with China Shipbuilding Industry Association, China Classification Society, and China Ocean Shipping Group Limited The Company and China Merchants Group jointly released the 2017 Recommended Catalog of High-quality Ship Auxiliary Products, which includes 137 models of high-speed diesel engine products from 5 diesel-powered enterprises and 70 models of crane products from 5 marine crane enterprises.
     On December 30, 2015, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) released the "Action Plan for Capability Enhancement of Ship-supporting Industry (2016 ~ 2020)", which explicitly states that "the support of industry organizations to release ship-supporting products certified by technical agencies that meet the requirements of loading table of Contents". The first batch of pilots selected two types of high-speed diesel engines and cranes, forming the first batch of "Recommended Catalogs of High-quality Ship Auxiliary Products", aiming at displaying and promoting self-owned marine accessory systems and products and enhancing the international competitiveness of China's ship auxiliary products.
